It is an absolutely beautiful day here so I'm going to have to make this short so we can get out and enjoy the weather.
Since you do dessert pretty much every Monday night, then maybe you could move breakfast night to Tuesday or Wednesday. That's the simplest solution, wouldn't you say? Then maybe Monday could be Mexican Monday! Enchiladas, tacos, taquitos, quesadillas, burritos...the list could go on and on.
I must be going now. Little Judson and I have some outdoor fun we need to get to!
