Letters Between Two Sisters

Ani,

I wanted to write a quick note to let you know how very sorry I am to hear JT isn't well. When I tried talking to you on the telephone yesterday and heard nothing but his cries I felt really sad for him. And you. He sounded so pitiful. And you sounded heart broken for him.

I will try to write to you later. For today, I have 45 pounds of potatoes to peel and chop. Along with other veggies and 300 cupcakes.

I would rather peel and chop than have a sweet sick baby on my hands though. I know what that can do to a mother's heart. I hope he feels better very soon.
